Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 4 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Easter or Christmas. Expect an email within 3-4 business days to let you know your order is on the way. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. Some items depending on customization may take longer that 4 business days to process, we will contact you through email in these rare situations. 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days after order is processed, using either USPS, UPS or Local Courier. 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.    

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For local shipping within 30 miles of business address, there will be a $6 delivery fee.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. Oh Geez Tees will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim and alert your local law enforcement. If you choose the Local Delivery option, and you didn't receive your order but you received a text confirmation with photo, a claim cannot be file and Oh Geez Tees will not be liable for missing items. Oh Geez Tees is not responsible for missing or stolen shipments but please alert us so we can see what options are available.

Oh Geez Tees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
